Battery Replacement

The custom battery inside the headset should last two or three years. When talk time
decreases significantly, you should replace the battery.

Cleaning

Unplug the base from the telephone and the wall-mounted power supply from the power
source before cleaning. Clean the equipment with a damp (not wet) cloth.
Attention: Do not use solvents or other cleaning agents.

Configuration check and Test Call

1. If your desk phone has a volume control set it to mid-range (see Advanced Information
of telephone).
– Look at the bottom panel of your base and make sure the default settings are correct:

1. Slide the battery cover down and remove it from
headset.
2. With your thumb and index finger, pull the battery out
of the attachment clip.
3. With your thumb and index finger, grasp the battery
connector and disconnect connector and battery from
headset.
4. Install the new battery by reversing the previous
steps.
