The power/subscription LED will turn off for three seconds and then turn back on.
Note: The power/subscription LED lights up or flashes as follows:
• Primary headset subscription:
Flashes white
• Primary headset subscribed to base:
Solid white

Telephoning

In order to be able to make calls over the headset, headset operation must be activated in
the phone (see Advanced Information of the telephone).

Outgoing Call

1. Wearing your headset, press the call button on your headset.
2. You will hear a dial tone.
3. Dial the number using your desk phone.
4. To end the call, press the call button on your headset.
Note: Alternatively, you can dial the number using your desk phone first and then press
the call button on your headset.

Incoming Call

1. Wearing your headset press the call button on your headset.
2. Speak to your caller.
3. To end the call, press the call button on your headset.

Auto Answer

Auto answer automatically links headset and base when the headset is lifted from the base.
Pressing a button is not necessary.
When auto answer switch is set to black you must press the call button to answer an incom-
ing call.
