You may place up to 6 eggs onto the egg holder on the bottom
of a steam bowl.
If you wish to cook more eggs, place them directly on the bot-
tom of a steam bowl.

1. step:
pour 2 cups of water into the rice bowl;
steam to heat water.
2. step:
crack an egg and pour into a bowl;
place the bowl into the steam bowl with
hot water until egg is poached.

season with salt and pepper.
