Notes for professional electricians

Risk of injury due to improper installation and commissioning.
Improper installation and commissioning may lead to personal injury
or property damage.
Therefore:
– When connecting the device, observe the currently valid VDE
standards (in particular DIN VDE 0100/0700), your local power
company's regulations and the current accident prevention regula-
tions.
– Connect the control in accordance with the wiring diagram.
1. Switch off the power supply.
2. Set the DIP switches to the desired function (see pages 58, 59 and 61).
3. Push supporting frame through the cover frame and connect according to the
wiring diagram (see page 70).
4. Slide the control in the supporting frame and screw them together.
5. Switch on the power supply and press the reset button.
6. Set the selector switch to manual mode (H), i.e. push it to the right all the way
to the "click". Check, if the ,5direction of the motor rotation corresponds with the
direction buttons. If not, exchange terminal 4 with terminal 5.

IMPORTANT!

Parallel control of several roller shutter drive motors can
only be implemented by means of isolating relays or group
control devices.
In case of power failure, the display contrast will fade which
does not indicate that the battery is empty.
The intermediate frame can only be used together with our cover
frame. The following versions of cover frame Jung "CD 500", alpine-
white, are available:
Cover frame one-fold,
Cover frame two-fold,
Cover frame three-fold,
Cover frame four-fold,
Cover frame five-fold,
For surface-type installation
please use our surface-type housing, article-no. 01400250
For controlling two drives, we recommend our isolating relays:
