Cause: Current flowing via device earth
Remedy: - Check ground earth connection to the workpiece
- Switch device off and back on again
- Fault keeps recurring => have device serviced
Mains undervoltage or overvoltage
Indicators shown on the right light up, interface indicator flashes red
Cause: The mains voltage is outside the tolerance range
Remedy: - Check the mains voltage
- Switch device off and back on again
- Fault keeps recurring => have device serviced
Open circuit
Indicators shown on the right light up, interface indicator flashes red
Cause: Output voltage is greater than 113 V
Remedy: Switch machine off and on again;
if fault keeps recurring, have device serviced
Working voltage
Indicators shown on the right light up, interface indicator flashes red
Cause: Working voltage >45 V and >2 seconds
Remedy: Remove start signal =>
=> Check process =>
=> Set start signal again
OvertemperatureB
Overtemperature indicator lights up, interface indicator flashes red
Cause: Power source exceeded max. temperature
Remedy: Wait until the device has cooled down
Acknowledges automatically after cooling down
No communication
Interface indicator flashes red
Cause: No communication
Remedy: Check interface cable
Acknowledges automatically when communication is es-
tablished
