If the RO 400 has shut down, it must be started by unplugging it at the mains, waiting a minute, then
plugging it back in again.
If you still have problems with your water purifier even after you have read through and tried the
procedures described in the trouble-shooting table, contact your dealer.

Service and spare parts

If a fault arises, first work through the trouble-shooting
table "If the RO 400 stops working", and make quite sure
that it is not a problem which you can put right yourself.
If you have tried everything relevant described in the table,
and still cannot get your RO 400 to work, then it is time to
call service. Service using genuine spare parts is available via
your dealer.
Before calling service, it is a good idea to make a note of
some appliance details. Look for the data plate on the rear
of the appliance (similar to the one shown in Fig. K), which
will have all the details you need for the RO 400. You can
record them here:

IF THE RO 400 STOPS WORKING

Check all connections.
Check that both ends of the hose for purified
water are cut straight and clean, and circular.
Check that the taps and valves are tightly shut.
Work through all the steps of the full "Flushing
procedure" on page 55.
Follow the "Disinfection" procedure on page
64.
