Tip
• Open the safety front brace on one side, so you can easily
place your child in the pushchair or take it out of the
pushchair.
To install the safety front brace:
• Fit the safety front brace in place in the designated plastic
parts on the seat with a click (see fig. 4).
To install the canopy:
1. H alf open the zips on both sides of the seat.
2. Open the press studs underneath.
3. Guide the canopy fasteners through the slits in the seat
(see fig. 5).
4. F it the canopy fasteners in place on the seat frame with a
click(see fig. 6).
5. Close the zips and press studs you opened just now.
6. Open the zip at the top of the seat completely, so that
the seat frame shows (see fig. 7).
7. Attach the canopy zip to the seat zip.
A ttention: The remaining part of the zip on the seat has
no function at this moment.
To install the seat on the frame:
The pushchair is unfolded.
1. Engage the pushchair's parking brake.
2. F old up the canopy.
3. L ift the seat by the safety front brace.
4. Drop the plastic parts of the carrycot on the central lock
parts on the frame (see fig. 8).
You will hear a click on both sides.
A ttention:
• Y ou can place the seat on the frame so that it is facing
forwards or backwards. This will change the direction in
which your child will be looking (see fig. 9).
• T he pushchair can only be folded with the seat if the seat
is facing forwards, the direction of travel (see fig. 9a).
5. Check that the seat is securely attached.
6. Remove or disassemble the seat if desired, as described
in the steps in chapter 6, 'Disassembling' .
2 Pushing the pushchair
Danger, risk of serious injury or death!
• N ever place the pushchair near heaters, open fire or
other sources of heat as this could pose a fire hazard.
BI N QU E D AI LY
• K eep the pushchair away from loose leads, wires and
cables on account of the risks of falling objects,
strangulation or choking.
Warning!
• B efore use, check that the seat is securely attached to the
frame.
• N ever transport more than one child in the pushchair.
• A lways keep hold of the pushchair when your child is
inside.
• O nly use accessories that are supplied by Koelstra BV.
Other accessories have not been specifically designed for
Koelstra products and may overload your pushchair and
cause it to be incorrectly balanced.
• D o not use a second child's seat.
• D o not allow your child to stand on the bars between the
wheels. This can be dangerous for your child and will
damage the pushchair.
• R emove your child from the pushchair when using
escalators, stairs, lifts and steep slopes.
• N ever allow your child to stand up in the pushchair,
always use the 5-point safety harness.
• Do not lift up the pushchair when your child is still in it.
• N ever leave your child in or around the pushchair
unsupervised.
• T ake extra care near train stations or roads. Gusts of wind
from passing trains or cars can cause the pushchair to
move.
• A void dangerous situations: do not jog, skate etc. with
the pushchair.
• A luminium, metal and synthetic parts can become very
hot in the sun. Make sure your child cannot burn itself on
any hot parts.
Caution!
• A lways use all wheels simultaneously, even when
manoeuvring the pushchair onto or off the pavement.
Although the frame is strong, it will wear much quicker if
you only use the rear wheels.
• D o not use the pushchair for transporting baggage, as
overloading the pushchair may cause damage.
