9. dentists recommend that two minutes must be considered the mini-
mum length of time for cleaning. Cleaning your teeth for longer pro-
motes dental health. your toothbrush can be switched off at any time

Perhaps you would like to develop an individual cleaning rhythm. that is why
we did not equip the hydrosonic with an automatic switch-off. Clean your
teeth in the same sequence to be sure not to forget the cleaning of each of
them.

do not apply any pressure on your toothbrush. you will achieve optimal re-
sults if you simply touch the surface of your teeth with your hydrosonic and
then clean from tooth to tooth. this procedure will lead to optimal cleaning. if
your gums are still sensitive after second or third use, you are probably apply-
ing the hydrosonic incorrectly. Please read the manual again or seek advice
from your dental hygienist or dentist.

Whatever advertising promises: if you clean your teeth with a manual tooth-
brush, about 30% of the surface of your teeth remains uncleaned.
Why is that?
a tooth has more than one side; the front, the back and the top are the surfaces
of the tooth that are normally cleaned. What happens to the left and the right
side of the tooth? these are the sides that create the so-called interdental
spaces. any sonic toothbrush cleans teeth and gums and, to a degree, inter-
dental spaces, too. that is what the hydrosonic does especially well; after all
it is the brush head that enhances the hydrodynamic effect. nevertheless, we
recommend that you clean your interdental spaces, especially if you suffer
from gingivitis, periodontitis or cavities or if you have been treated for any of
these complaints.
Why use interdental brushes?
the interdental brush CPs prime is ideal – not only gentle, but also highly ef-
fective. in fact, it is so effective that a single cleaning movement is enough.
