6. you can clean fixed implants with the hydrosonic just as you would
clean your natural teeth. you don't even need to remember that you
have an implant. a toothpaste containing added chlorhexidine is
possibly recommended – one that is suitable for everyday use:

the use of interdental and/or implant brushes is highly recommended
since the gumline around implants needs particularly careful
cleaning. ask your dentist about them.
for hybrid implants: the hydrosonic is also ideal for cleaning the
bridges and copings.
7. Children and teenagers, in particular, should also clean the chewing
surfaces. once again, move your hydrosonic from tooth to tooth
without exerting any pressure, i.e. from chewing surface to chewing
surface and allow the brush to work on each tooth for two to three
seconds.

8. special cases
a. upper and lower front teeth inside: hold your hydrosonic at a steep
angle to enable you to clean the inner surfaces of the front teeth at an
angle of 45 degrees, too.
b. upper molars: insert your hydrosonic at a steep angle behind the
upper molar and carry out the cleaning procedure for two to three
seconds.
