2. Installing and mounti ng the products

Inserting the SIM card

The 4GT communicati ons require a
subscripti on to be taken out with an operator.
A SIM card is provided (AFONE package).
If you are using the SIM card supplied, follow the
instructi ons provided in the box. You must acti vate
the SIM card you will be using before inserti ng it
into the slot provided.
Advice before taking out your subscripti on – fi nd
out about:
- The coverage of your operator's network for your
installati on.
- The subscripti on off er: SMS, call ti me and data
bundle.

Connecting an external 4G antenna (optional)

If 4G coverage is not opti mal, you can off set the
internal antenna using an external antenna
(opti onal, part no. 6416240, cable length: 3 m).
Powering up

Before powering up, connect the Ethernet cable
if you have opted for this type of connecti on.
The Tyxal+ Hub is powered by a USB-C
transformer (supplied) plugged into a
230 V mains socket.
If installed with a fl ush-mounted box, use a
supply (transformer inserted in fl ush-mpounted
box, opti onal, part no. 6416243).
Refer to its instructi ons.
WARNING: only use Delta Dore mains adapters to power
the Tyxal+ hub.
When the Tyxal+ hub is powered up, it is immediately set to "maintenance" mode,
and will remain as such for as long as it is open.
