3.4 Installation with exhaust opening to
FRONT/REAR

Important, the appliance can only be
installed with a forward/backward exhaust
opening if the motor unit is easily accessible
during installation and removal of the
apliance (e.g. if the device is installed in a
deep cabinet).
3 • Open the bottom panel and remove the grease
filter. If a recirculation filter is present, remove
it also.
• Loosen the screws located next to the protective
grid. The motor unit is now disconnected from
the cooker hood.
• Align the exhaust opening of the stand-alone
motor unit to the left or the right on the casing.
Do not screw the motor unit back on the casing.
