This table raclette oven for a square cheese is designated for the preparation of a
traditional raclette by "melting and scraping", as well as for grilling meat, fish and
vegetables.
The maximum dimensions of the cheese are: length = 20 cm, width = 7 cm, height = 10
cm. Practically all square cheeses sold in stores are suitable (cut them, if necessary). A
square block of cheese specially made for this raclette oven is also available.
The raclette oven is delivered without a raclette knife.
