Without a R-net Switch Control you can use your joystick to cycle through the different
Bluetooth devices connected to the wheelchair. However, if you then want to perform
a click, you have to do so with a nudge. For some users, this is difficult. With the R-net
Switch Control, you can perform that click as well with a button.
Operation
The activation of certain switches connected to the control is translated into certain
actions, e.g. driving or auxiliary functions.
Common practice to navigate the wheelchair with the P034-71 R-net Switch Control is as
follows:
•
Direction: a button can be allocated to a driving direction. Pressing that button, will
lead to a movement of the wheelchair in that direction as long as you hold the button.
Speed: there is only 1 speed (fastest speed of the profile).
•
•
Stop: whenever you release the button, the wheelchair stops driving.
CAUTION:
Avoid hitting obstacles during driving.
WARNING:
Contact your dealer immediately to perform a functional test in the
following situations:
•
When the interface indicates an error code
•
When you hear an error/warning beep
•
After every incident with the wheelchair
