13 WARRANTY
The referent and responsible for the warranty is al-
ways the national distributor, where the machine was
sold for the first time.
PATHOS products are covered by a 2-year limited
warranty or a 90-day limited warranty on vacuum
tubes.
This warranty starts from the date of purchase and it is
limited to the original purchaser.
PATHOS warrants this product to be free from defects
in materials and workmanship (subject to the terms
set forth below). Warranty periods may vary from
Country to Country. In case of doubt, please consult
your dealer and ensure that you retain the proof of
your purchase.
To obtain warranty service, please contact PATHOS
authorized dealer from which you purchased this
product.
If your dealer is not equipped to perform the repair
of your product, your dealer can return it to national
distributor PATHOS or to an authorized PATHOS
service agent. In the unlikely event, that in the
above mentioned cases technical assistance cannot
be provided, the product can be sent directly to
PATHOS for assistance (at the purchaser's expenses
and prior authorization) along with a short description
of the problem(s), in either its original packaging or
packaging affording an equal degree of protection.
Return shipping costs will be beard by final buyer.
This warranty is void if:
- The factory-applied serial number has been altered
or removed from this product or
- This product was not purchased from a PATHOS
authorized dealer.
In this case you may call PATHOS or your local
PATHOS distributor to declare that you have an
unaltered serial number and/or you did not purchased
the unit from PATHOS authorized dealer.
This warranty does not cover damages by chemical
products or damages due to acts of God, accident,
misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use or
modification of it or to any part of the product.
