12 USB DIGITAL INPUT (D3)
Here below please find all the relevant information to
proceed with the installation and use of the USB input
d3 through PC.
Note: please consider that only Windows OS requires
drivers installation, while MacOS or Linux don't.
11.1 Getting the drivers
The drivers for HiDac are available on PATHOS'
website (http://www.pathosacoustics.com), on the
Menu/Download Area.
11.2 Installing the drivers (only for a Windows-
based PC)
Without connecting INCONTROL MK2 to the PC,
double-click on "PATHOS HiPort USB-DSD/I2S
CODEC.exe" and drivers will be installed in your
PC.
11.3 Host connection
After having installed the drivers, connect "B" plug
of a 2.0 USB A-B cable to the USB connector (see
"connections" on page 12-13) of INCONTROL MK2.
Connect the "A" plug of the cable to a 2.0 USB port of
your Mac or Windows PC.
