DC BOX
Functional Description
DC Box is a glove box designed for small to medium-sized objects. The box is prepared for ventilation, source
extraction, and compressed air.
The DC Box does not have its own extraction source or compressed air supply and must be connected to an
external extraction system. To minimize particles escaping when one of the doors is opened, we recommend an
airflow of >1000 m³/h. Preferably wait to open the side door until all dust has been extracted through the outlet.
The table in the product can be pulled out to facilitate entry of large machines. It is also possible to rotate the table
both inside and outside the box.
There are three openings on the front where the operator inserts their arms during cleaning operations. Three
openings provide good accessibility and always leave one opening free as an air inlet. Cleaning is performed using
various suction nozzles connected to the source extraction system, compressed air, or brushes.
The legs are height-adjustable to ensure optimal working ergonomics.
The DC Box is available with three different discharge options: container, bag, or Longopac.
