7. After the desired temperature is reached, the GN containers can be filled with warm food.
Note: It is recommended to set the lowest possible temperature to keep the food ready for immediate
serving.
8. When you have finished using the appliance, turn the thermostat knob to 0 position to completely
turn off the heating, and then disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
9. Place a suitable vessel under the drain tap, open the tap and remove the water.
10. It is recommended to clean the tank on a regular basis. GN containers should be washed after each
use.
ATTENTION! To ensure a long and failure-free operation of machines from Royal Catering, make
sure that the thermostat knob is in the "0" position before connecting the device to a power
source.
ATTENTION! A burning smell may be detected during first use. This is normal and should
disappear after a short time. Ensure that the room is well ventilated.

Do not put your hands or other body parts inside the unit when it is turned on as this may cause
burns. Even after turning it off, wait for the unit to cool down before touching its interior.

Do not fill the water tank with food. Food should be kept in GN containers.
•
Do not run the unit when it is dry (without water).
•
Do not leave the device switched on unattended.
•
Do not move or push the appliance while it is turned on or filled with hot liquids.

Cleaning and maintenance
a)
Unplug the mains plug and allow the device to cool completely before each cleaning, adjustment or
replacement of accessories, or if the device is not being used.
b)
Use only non-corrosive cleaners to clean the surface.
c)
Use only mild, food-safe detergents to wash the device.
d)
After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried completely before using it again.
e)
Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture and direct exposure to sunlight.
f)
Do not spray the device with a water jet or submerge it in water.
g)
Do not allow water to get inside the device through vents in the housing of the device.
h)
Clean the vents with a brush and compressed air.
i)
The device must be regularly inspected to check its technical efficiency and spot any damage.
j)
Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning.
k)
Do not use sharp and/or metal objects for cleaning (e.g. a wire brush or a metal spatula) because they
may damage the surface material of the appliance.
l)
Do not clean the device with an acidic substance, agents of medical purposes, thinners, fuel, oils or
other chemical substances because it may damage the device.
DISPOSING OF USED DEVICES:
Do not dispose of this device in municipal waste systems. Hand it over to an electric and electrical device
recycling and collection point. Check the symbol on the product, instruction manual and packaging. The
plastics used to construct the device can be recycled in accordance with their markings. By choosing to
recycle you are making a significant contribution to the protection of our environment.
