Preparing for use

APPLIANCE LOCATION
The temperature of environment must not be higher than 40°C and the relative humidity should be less
than 85%. Ensure good ventilation in the room in which the device is being used. There should be at least
10 cm distance between each side of the device and the wall or other objects. The device should always be
used when positioned on an even, stable, clean, fireproof and dry surface, and be out of the reach of
children and persons with limited mental and sensory functions. Position the device such that you always
have access to the power plug. The power cord connected to the appliance must be properly grounded
and correspond to the technical details on the product label.
Disassemble the device and all its components and clean them before the first use.
3.3.

Assembling the device

1. Screw the two side supports to the unit.
2. Place the windscreen in the slots and position the crossbar so that it holds the glass in place.
3. Fix the other crossbar in place and slide the top glass in.
4. Do NOT over tighten the nuts as the glass may break.
3.4.

Device use

1. Place the unit on a suitable surface and make sure it is fully unpacked.
2. Place the support strips and GN containers on the edges of the water tank (the number of GN
containers and support strips in the set varies depending on the model).
3. Remove one of the GN containers and fill the tank with water. Do not fill it completely with water. The
water level should always allow for the placement of all GN containers without spilling the water. It is
recommended that the water level does not exceed 2/3 of the tank height after all GN containers are
put on it.
4. Make sure the thermostat knob is in the 0 position.
5. Connect the unit to the power supply (the green light will come on).
6. Set the thermostat knob to the desired level (the orange light will come on).
