To distribute the mixed material over a larger area, move the FloorMix 2300
into the desired direction. Please pay attention that you are moving away
from the newly-distributed material. This way, the wheels will not roll into the
mixed material.
After the mixing bucket has been emptied, raise it up again until the foot
pedal (8) can be locked again.
Never lift the mixing bucket into the bucket insert if it is full.
Tool Protection
Wrong handling can cause damages on the tool.
Therefore, please always observe the following instructions:
Electronic:
In case of overload, the electronic facility will deenergize
the tool. After discharge and reengagement one can drill
again.
Thermal:
In case of permanent overload, a thermocouple protects
the motor against destruction. In this case, the tool
switches off automatically and can only be restarted after a
certain cooling period (approx. 2 minutes). The cooling
period depends on the heating of the motor winding and
the ambient temperature.
Tool Change
Attention!
Before any work on the tool, disconnect the plug from the mains!
When inserting the tool, you could catch your hands. For this reason,
always wear protective gloves for changing the tool.
To change the tool, you can pull the motor unit of the FloorMix 2300 out of
the chassis and rotate it by 180 degrees (see page 7 - Assembly of the
device)
Unlock the mixing station to tilit it.
To do that, press pedal (8) with your foot.
Hold handle (3) with both hands while doing that.
Now tilt the mixer bucket with the handle (3), until
material runs over the spout.
Always hold on to the unit tightly with both
hands while unlocking and tilting it.
