When working with this machine wear ear protectors, goggles, a
dust mask, protective gloves and protective boots.
For further safety instructions, refer to the enclosure.
Assembly of the Device
The mixing station is delivered nearly ready for operation.
Before the motor unit is installed in the station, the mixing paddle has to be
mounted. The machine needs to be disconnected from mains power for
that. Install the motor unit on the chassis as shown in Fig. 1 and screw the
mixing paddle into the motor spindle.
Afterwards, rotate the whole motor unit by 180 degrees and lock it with the
wing screw (see Fig. 2).

The mixing station has four big, sturdy
transport wheels which can be rotated by
360 degrees. These facilitate an easy
transport of the station and optimal output
of the mixed material.
To secure the machine against unintended
rolling, two wheels are equipped with a
parking brake (see Fig. 3). The parking
brake needs to be locked right after the
mixing station has been put into place.
