TO PROPERLY FIT THE COMBO HELMET/VISOR:
Helmet must t snugly. The lower edge of the helmet should be
13mm (1/2 inch) above the eyebrows.
Please refer to the complete compatibility grid at the
beginning of this booklet to determine the helmet models
that are appropriate for your visor.
FOR PROPER FIT AND PROTECTION ALL THE FOLLOWING
MOUNTING AND ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONS MUST BE
ADHERED TO:
For all helmets on the compatibility chart: Use hardware kit : 4
washers, 4 screws, 4 posts.
Fasten the visor as illustrated in Figure 1 and use the appropriate
hole locations speci c to your helmet as illustrated in Figure 2.1 or
Figure 2.2.

NOTES
NOTE 1: When fastening screws, do not fully tighten
during initial assembly. Only tighten slightly during
assembly so the visor can still move. Once all 4 screws
are in position, fully tighten for proper t and make
sure the visor is securely attached to the helmet.
NOTE 2: Once visor is
assembled on the
helmet, make sure
that the top of the
visor overlaps the
helmet by
(Figure 3).
NOTE 3: Some helmets may require the removal of
hardware for proper assembly. Some posts may be
required to t between the ear piece and the helmet.
Be sure to replace the ear piece in its original location
after mounting the visor. Under no circumstances
should this BAUER visor be modi ed or altered in any
way, shape or form.
