Pour des raisons de transport, la scie est livrée,

Suivez l'ordre ci-aprés :
- Oter Ie couvercle
- Enfoncer Ia plaquette
fléche
- Desserrer Ies poignées 2 et 3
- Oter completement Ies corniéres d'appui (4)
- Devisser les 6 vis (S) et enlever les 3 pla-
quettes (6)
- Enlever Ia poignée (7)
- Introduire tige (I O) avec anneau monté dans Ie
5 6 3
couvercle Iatéral (13) et introduire Ie support
de tige dans Ie båti
- Introduire Ia table par Ia fente (8) au-dessus de
la lame de scie (9) du cöté moteur et Ia placer
sur Ia barre pivotante (10). Le segment (11)
doit ainsi glissé au dessus de Ia vis (12). La
table se trouve maintenant dans sa position
correcte.
- Régler le jeu axial du couvercle Iatéral entre
support d'axe cöté table et bague d'axe, I
mm par glissement axial de Ia tige (10)
-Monter Ia poignée (7) et fixer Ia table dans sa
position
- Serrer les plaquettes (6) avec Ies vis (5)
- Fixer Ie couvercle avant (14) avec deux vis
(5)
- Redresser Ia table dans sa position horizontale
- Remettre la plaquette (I )
8 9 10 - Remettre Ia corniére d'appui (4)
- Serrer Ies poignées 2 et 3
- Remettre Ie couvercle de Ia machine (voir 8.3)
Obsrvation : Ne jamais exécuter ces opérations,
la machine
8.1 INCLINAISON
- Desserrer Ia poignée (1 )
- Régler I'inclinaison souhaitée ä l'aide de Itai
guille (2) et de I'echelle (3)
- Resserrer Ia poignée (I)

Aus Transportgründen Wird die Maschine mit de-
montiertem Tisch verpackt.
Gehen Sie so vor :
- Maschinendeckel entfernen (Siehe 8.3)
- Tischeinlage (I) in Pfeilrichtung durchdrücken
und entfernen
- Sterngriffe (2 und 3) lösen
- Führungsschiene (4) ganz herausziehen
- Schrauben (5), es sind sechs Stück, herauss-
chrauben, und die drei Klemmplättchen (6) ent-
fernen
- Stergriff (7) entfernen
- Drehlagerstange (10) mit mont. Wellenring in
seitl. Abdeckung (13) und Wellenlager am Ge-
häuse einführen
- Maschinentisch von der Motorseite
den Schlitz (8) über das Sägeband (9) einführen
und auf die Drehlagerstange (10) aufsetzen. Da-
bei muss das Segment (I I) über die Schraube
(12) gleiten. Somit sitzt der Maschinentisch in
der richtigen Lage.
- Axialspiel der seitl. Abdeckung zwinschen
2 tischseitigem Welleniager und Wellenring ca. 1-2
mm, durch axiales Verschieben der Drehlager-
stange (10) einstellen
- Sterngriff (7) aufsetzen und Maschinentisch
damit in maximaler Schräglage fixieren.
- Die drei Klemmplättchen (6) mit den Schrau-
ben (5) befestigen
- Mit den vorderen beiden Schrauben (5) die
frontseitige Abdeckung (14) festklemmen
- Maschinentisch wieder in horizontale Lage brin-
gen
- Tischeinlage (I ) wieder in Tschaussparung ein-
setzen
- Führungsschiene (4) einschieben
- Sterngriff (2 und 3) wieder festziehzn
- Maschinendeckel wieder aufsetzen (Siehe 8.3)
DIE
Grundsatz : Führen Sie alle diese Arbeiten
bei stillstehender Maschine durch.
Stecker ausziehen.

8.1 SCHRAGSTELLEN DES TISCHES

- Lösen Sie den Sterngriff (I )
- Stellen Sie den Winkel der gewünschten Tisch-
neigung an Zeiger (2) und Skala (3) ein.
- Ziehen Sie den Sterngriff (I ) Wieder fest

For shopping purposes the machine is packed

Proceed as follows :
- Remove machine cover (see 8.3)
- Push the table insert (I ) in the direction
arrow and remove it
- Loosen knobs (2 and 3)
- Pull the guide rail (4) out completely
- Remove the six screws (5), and remove the
three clamping plates (6)
- Remove knob (7)
- Install the machine table
through the solt (8) above the blade (9) and set
it on the pivot bearing rod (I O). The segment
(I I) must slide over screw (12). The machine

table is now in the correct position
- Replace knob (7) and position the table at the
maximum tilt angle
- Fix the three clamping plates (6) with the
screws (5)
- Return the machine table to the horizontal po-
sition
- Replace the table insert (I)
- Insert the guide rail (4)
- Retighten the knobs (2 and 3)
- Replace the machine cover (see 8.3)
8. OPERATING
Basic rule : All this work
with the machine shut off and the electrical plug
disconnected.

8.1 TILTING THE TABLE

- Loosen knob (1)
- Set the desired tilt angle referring to the indi-
cator (2) and scale (3).
