Live coals and grill components
get very hot during operation
and can start fires.
– It is essential that you have a fire
extinguisher and first-aid kit ready and
be prepared for an accident or fire.
– Place the grill on an even, horizontal, se-
cure, heat-resistant and clean surface.
– Position the grill so that it stands at least
1 meter from highly flammable materials
such as awnings, wooden patios or fur-
niture.
– Do not move the grill during use.
– Light the charcoal only in an area protec-
ted from wind.
– Fill the grill with max. 2.4 kg of charcoal.
– Some foods produce flammable fats and
juices. Clean the grill regularly, prefe-
rably after each use.
– Only tip out the ash once the charcoal
has completely burned out and cooled
down.
