Warranty
Only highest quality and fault-free materials are used for the production of this fondue set according to the
latest technology. It is subject to strict quality control and a careful final inspection before it reaches you.
Therefore, Spring International GmbH grants a 5-year warranty on the fault-free function, material characteristics
and workmanship (1 year if used professionally).
In case of a warranty claim, contact your specialty dealer and submit the product together with the original
sales invoice. The defective goods will be repaired or replaced according to our discretion. In the event of a
replacement, we reserve the right to replace the defective product with an equivalent one. Due to changes in
the assortment, we cannot guarantee the availability of the same product. Further claims for property damage
or personal injury are excluded.

Liability exclusion

The glazed, fireproof ceramics is extremely durable and tough. However, damage that is not covered by warranty
can occur due to thermal shocks, dropping or impact on hard surfaces and due to improper use. Cracks may
appear in the glaze during use, which are also not covered by warranty.
We assume no liability for damages resulting from improper use and non-observance of the instructions for
care, cleaning and use, as well as mechanical damage.
We do not take any responsibility for translation errors. Only the German text remains binding.
