Question: Is the robot suitable for patio glass, car windows or curved windows?
Answer: The robot is intended to be used only for on vertical, smooth surfaces. Curved ones are
impossible to clean due to shape of the robot and it's method of operation. Horizontal surfaces are not
recommended and may affect the robot's ability to plan a suitable route.
Q: What is the minimum and maximum cleaning range?
A: The robot is suitable for cleaning surfaces with a minimum size of 35 x 35 cm, there is no
predetermined maximum range, it depends on the length of the safety line.
Q: Is it possible to use the robot on the tiles in the bathroom?
A: Yes, but only when they're smooth, not curved and they have small gaps between them. Remember
to make sure that the wall is dry, because when it's too wet it will lead the robot slipping and falling.
The robot operation should be observed to prevent any damage.

Q: Is it possible to use the robot on the multi-layer glass?
A: The only important thing is for the glass thichness to be not less then or equal to 3 mm. It can be
applied either for single or multi-layer glass.
Q: Is it possible for the robot to operate on surfaces without window frames?
A: The robot can detect the edge position of frameless glass and automatically plan the route. Just
remember to place the robot as close to the middle of the glass as possible.
Q: Can I use the robot without plugging it in?
A: The robot's battery serves only as a emergency power source and the robot cannot be used as a
wireless device.
Q: Can I adjust the suction power?
A: The air suction adjust automatically based on the glass dirtyness measured by the sensor and it's
not possible to set it manually.
Q: What is the length of the power cord?
A: The total length of the power cord plus the adapter is 7.5 meters, which is perfectly suitable
for daily household cleaning.
Q: Why do marks or smudges form during cleaning?
A:
1. It is recommended to clean windows when the weather is clear and to use the robot regularly. If
windows were not cleaned for a long time, please clean them manually before using the device.
2. It is recommended to use a good quality glass cleaner instead of water and to replace the cloths with
clean ones after each cleaning.
3. Use X2 double cleaning mode.
