Tips before use
Choose the right day
Only use the robot on sunny and dry days. If you clean indoor windows on rainy or foggy days, the
robot may leave stains and streaks.
Cleaning the windows on the outside on windy, rainy, foggy or cold days is prohibited. On such days
there is a risk that the robot will lose its grip and fall.
Choose the right window or surface
Use the robot on large rectangular windows. Windows and surfaces that are curved, too small,
irregularly shaped, or have stickers on them are not suitable for the robot.

Tips before use
• Ensure that the safety rope is not broken and the carabiner is locked to prevent the device from falling.
• Ensure that the safety rope is long enough for the robot to operate freely, but not too lengthy so it
wouldn't hit the ground in case of falling. When attaching the rope, tie down its excess in the appropriate
amount.
• Ensure that the screw of the safety rope is properly and fully tightened in the robot's socket.
• Ensure that the power adapter and other cords are firmly connected and not damaged. Roll up and bundle
the excess of the cords using velcro tape or rubber band in appropriate amount, so the robot can operate
freely and the cords do not get in the way when moving near them.
• Ensure that the cleaning cloths are properly attached to the robot and fit tightly to the device to prevent
air leakage and so that they do not cover the edge sensors. The cleaning cloths should also not be too wet.
• When filling the tank, do not exceed the "Max" level.
• For filling the tank, use a good quality glass cleaner. We do not recommend using water as it can
leave streaks.
• Make sure the tank lid is properly closed to prevent leaks.
Safety rules
• Check that the glass is not damaged or cracked.
• Check if the window is not tilted. If the window is not in completely vertical position, be very cautious and
observe the cleaning process. Use the remote control if necessary.
• Do not use the robot on rainy or very humid days or when the glass is wet or fogged up, as there may be
stains due to the cleaner excess flowing down the glass or the robot may slip and fall off.
• The device may stand still at the corner of the glass for a few seconds for testing the grip and it is normal
behaviour.
• In the event of unexpected power failure, the internal battery will keep the device attached to the glass for
at least 20 minutes and the alarm will sound. If that event occurs, take the device off the glass as soon as
possible, to prevent it from falling.
• For cleaning the outside side of windows without a balcony, a warning zone must be set on the ground
beneath the window to prevent risk of hurting people outside.
