Installation and Operating Instructions
RMT 2 Programming module
1. Description
Suited to Dimplex heaters with electronic room thermostats
from the FPE, KLE, KSE, EPX and GFP series.
The programming module has one heating programme set
in the factory for Monday to Friday and one heating
programme set in the factory for Saturday and Sunday.
Each day can however also be programmed separately and
adapted to the user's needs.
The programming module can be used in an individual
manner, i.e. for one heater, or in a serial manner, i.e. for a
group of heaters (e.g. an apartment).
For serial use, the programming module is fitted to one
heater which is known as the "master heater". If the electric
wring is set up accordingly, the values set on the master
heater are transferred to up to 20 downstream heaters
(slave heaters), i.e. the heating programme set on the
master heater is also run on all the slave heaters too.
The operating switch on the FPE, GPE, KLE and KSE
heaters must be set to
corresponding instructions in the instruction manual for the
corresponding heater for more details.
