10.2 Assembling the coil, the magnet cover and the transport safety device
1. Place the coil onto the balance arm and centre with the centring spigot [11/D6].
2. Screw the coil tightly onto the balance arm with 2 brass screws (19/B25) and 2 washers (25/B25).
3. The coil must be centred in such a way that the centring spigot can be removed smoothly.
4. Pre-assemble the magnet cover (8/B25) with 2 screws (21/B25) → screws left and right.
5. Pre-assemble the transport safety device (4/B25) with the third screw (21/B25) and spring washer
(26/B25) → gently tighten.
6. Centring bush (16/D6) shall be introduced between the balance arm-pilot and transportation safety
dewice to assure constant annular grap. Tighten screw (21/B25) and remove centring bush.
10.3 Assembling the sensor mechanism and the stopper
1. Press the sensor mechanism carefully into the cutout in the chassis in the direction of the magnet
and secure to the chassis with 2 screws (20/B25).
2. Firmly screw the connecting board (14/B25) onto the chassis with screw (18/B25).
3. Fix the sensor mechanism plate (5/B25) with 2 screws (18/B25) to the chassis.
4. Solder the two connecting wires (1/B25) in parallel and strain-free to the connecting board (14/B25).
5. Turn back the stopper (27/B25) with brass screw (28/B25) by 90° and screw tight.
6. The stopper must be free of play and lie centrally in the symmetry screw (30/B25) → if necessary,
re-adjust symmetry screw.
