Long press to enable the heating function. The red indicator will turn on.

Auto Shut-off Function:
The device and the heating function will automatically shut off after 10 minutes of

continuous use.
The cooling function will shut off automatically after 5 minutes of continuous use.

Heating Temperature: 99 – 113 °F / 37 – 45 °C.
Auto-off Timer: 10 minutes.
Cooling Temperature: 47 – 61 °F / 8 – 16 °C.
Auto-off Timer: 5 minutes.
