Carefully remove the housing cover by sliding it to the front. Take
Off the front casing with the glas by rotating it counter-clockwise(-
fig.l); Now pull off the 3 LED refelctors and set them aside tempo-
rarily (fig.2&3)

Unplug the LED board and control board from the CMOSboard
and exchange the current LED ring and control board with the
new 940nm LED set.

Take off the cover from the LED
to take out the complete set of the LED board, the CMOS sensor board and
LED control board. (fig.4&5). Disconnect the wires that connect to the main-
board. Remove the screws on the LED board shown on the fig.6 and remove
the LED board from this set.

Plug in the new control unit and LED board to the CMOS board and fix them
into onesetunit again(asshownin fig.6) by tightening thescrewsamongthe
3 boards. Once everything is back together please reconnect the wires from the
mainboard to the control board and install the whole set back to the casing as
shown in fig. 13

Position the 3 LED reflectors
board and lay the new cover over the LED board.
Finally, reassemble the camera casing. Please re-
member to check and adjust the lense focal before
closingthefront andtopcoverto the casing.
