Step 2 Assemble the lower
post(2) onto the hitch bar(1) with
part bolts.
Step 4 Assemble the top rack on the top post by parts12 and 13,
assemble the bottom rack on the bottom post at suitable height.
Step 3 Assemble the top
post(3) into the bottom post(2)
with bolts and nuts.
