WARNINGS
• Read entire booklet carefully before beginning installation and save these instructions.
• To reduce the risk of personal injury, attach the fan directly to the support structure of
the building according to these instructions, and use only the hardware supplied.
• To avoid possible electrical shock, before installing your fan, disconnect the power by
turning off the circuit breakers to the outlet box and associated walls with location.
• All wiring must be in accordance with national and local electrical codes. If you are
unfamiliar with wiring, you should use a qualified electrician.
• To reduce the risk of personal injury, do not bend the blade attachment to the system
when installing, balancing or cleaning the fan. Never insert foreign objects between
rotating fan blades.
• To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock or motor damage, do not lift or carry the fan
by the lead wires.
• Ensure that when mounting the ceiling fan that the fixing can support the moving weight
of the fan which is 20kg(44lb) minimum.
• The fan blades cannot be installed lower than 2.3m from the floor.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a
safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
• Means for disconnection must be incorporated in the fixed wiring in accordance with
the wiring rules.

• Do not use in the bathroom or damp places.
• Place the lamp on a flat surface and ensure it is placed away from any flammable
materials.
• Before cleaning the lamp, ensure it is switched off.
• The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable; when the light source reaches its
end of life the whole luminaire shall be replaced.
• Before replacing the bulb, ensure the plug has been removed from the socket and the
lamp has cooled down.
• Do not pull the plug out of the socket with wet hands.
