TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
The vacuum
doesn´t work.
Suction is too weak.

Product has powered off
or battery is low.

Dust & filter assembly
is dusty/full.
Rolling brush is wrapped
around the hair and
other objects.
Tube has an obstruction.
The tube is partially blocked.
Filter assembly is blocked.
Charger not
properly connected.
Mains supply is not
switched on.
Situation still remains.
SOLUTION
Please charge the product
before use.
Cleaning product
suction mouth.
Clean the dust container
and filter material.
Clean roller brush.
Carefully clean and check
for blockages.
Carefully clean and clear.
Thoroughly clean the filters.
Please check connections.
Check the mains supply
is switched on.
Check with a service centre.
