PROBLEM / ERROR
The product leaves some
water traces on the floor
after cleaning.
How to clean the roller brush
TROUBLESHOOTING
POSSIBLE CAUSE
If the roller is particularly
wet, it may leave water
traces on the floor during
the steam/vacuum clea-
ning phase. This can occur
especially after use on large
surfaces or when cleaning
heavy dirt.
After each cleaning session
Periodically or after a
thorough cleaning:
SOLUTION
In these cases, we recom-
mend performing an addi-
tional vacuum-only pass to
remove any residual moistu-
re.
The brush can be automati-
cally cleaned on the station:
to do this, press the button
to start the self-cleaning
cycle.
If you wish to clean the
brush more thoroughly by
hand: gently remove the
roller brush. Rinse it with
clean water to remove any
residue, then let it dry com-
pletely, either by placing it
back on the heated base* or
in open air, before reinstal-
ling it.

The brush can be automati-
cally cleaned on the station:

Remove the roller brush
while keeping it attached to
its locking system. Do not
try to detach it completely,
as this could damage it.
Rinse it with clean water,
then place it in a suitable
protective bag. You can
wash it in the washing ma-
chine using a gentle cycle.
Let it dry completely, either
by placing it back on the
heated base* or in open air,
before reinstalling it.
