Problem

Unsuitable fuel.
Insufficient combustion air supply.
Insufficient chimney draft.
Too damp wood is being used.

Solution
Wood is damp or too big pieces of firewood are used.
Please use the recommended fuel as indicated in these
instructions.
Set the combustion air lever in position 1 or position 2.
Check the combustion air supply and smoke outlet. Call your
fire-place contractor, if possible.
Call your chimney sweep.
