oven to 220° C. Roast time can vary from 1 – 1.5 hours,
depending on the size of the meat.
 Use the chicken roaster for roasting leg of lamb.
Remove the bone from the leg and wind the meat
around the cone. Secure the meat with kitchen
twine. Fill in the inner reservoir liquid of your
choice and water in the outer reservoir. While
cooking, baste the lamb with garlic butter. Roast
the leg of lamb at 220° C. Check with the thermo-
meter for doneness.
Cleaning
 Before first use, clean the chicken roaster in soapy water and dry
all parts thoroughly.
 For the chicken roaster hand wash is recommended. Do not
place the chicken roaster in the dishwasher in order not to dam-
age the non-stick surface.
 Do not use aggressive chemicals or abrasives, but only a mild
detergent.
 Carefully dry all parts of the chicken roaster before storing it.
