With this chicken roaster you can prepare tender and juicy roasted
chicken, whenever you like.
The non-stick surface makes it easy to use and to clean it.
This operating instruction contains important details for handling the
article. Please pass it on along with the article if it is handed over to

Preparing the Chicken
First remove the giblets and marinate the cleaned chicken for
several hours or even overnight (see included marinade recipes) or
apply seasoning with paprika, curry, or other home-made spices
inside and outside of the chicken.
Using
1. Pre-heat the oven to 220° C. Insert the seasoned
chicken in upright position on the cone of the
chicken roaster.
2. Fill the inner reservoir of the base pan with spices
and water, wine, beer, broth or other liquids of
your choice and water into the outer reservoir to
prevent spattering. Place the cone on the base
pan.
3. Place the chicken into the middle oven rack
support and grill the chicken at 220° C. Depend-
ing on the size of the chicken, roast time can vary
from 60 up to 75 minutes.
Further applications
 You can also use the chicken roaster to roast
spare rips. Marinate the spare rips for several
hours with your favourite marinade and wind the
meat around the cone. Secure the spare rips with
