1. Intended use
The device is intended for measuring the degree of moisture in wood and derived timber
products. The degree of moisture can be monitored over a certain course of time. Two plug
gauges are used for measuring, which are held on or inserted into the material to be measured.
Alternatively, measurements with automatic temperature factor correction by means of a
measuring probe are possible. The measuring probe can also carry out wood temperature
measurements.
A calibration tester is integrated into the protective cap. The protective cap must always be
snapped on when the device is not in use.
Any usage other than described above is not permitted and can damage the device and lead
to associated risks such as short-circuit, fire, electric shock, etc. No part of the product may
be modified or rebuilt. Please strictly comply with all safety instructions contained in these
operating instructions. Keep the operating instructions for further reference.
We do not assume liability for resulting damages to property or personal injury if the product
has been abused in any way, malfunction, improper use, or failure to observe these operating
