removed from the rear discharge hole. After that the deflector guard is pulled up, and the
grass collector is then hooked onto the lawn mower (fig. D).

Use

Use a good quality extension cord. Connect the cord into the switch on the lawn mower.
Fit the cord in the cable holder (fig. E-14) to prevent the cord is pulled out by accident.
Connect the other end of cord to an electric socket in your house.
1. Press the safety switch (fig. F-1) and pull the activation handle (fig. F-2).
2. Hold the handle when using the mover.
Never try to start the lawn mower in high grass. Lift up the front part when it is started,
and lower it again once the blade has reach high speed.
Release the activation handle and the lawn mower stops running.
Be aware that the blades rotate for another 5 seconds after the handle is released.

Adjustment of cutting height

The cutting height can be adjusted in 6 position by using the big handle on left side of
lawn mower (fig. F-3)

How to cut the lawn

It is important to cut the lawn in a special pattern,
to avoid cutting over the cord.
See example to the right.

Maintenance

Always make sure the the lawn mower is cleaned and no grass stuck is to it. Remove the
grass with a soft brush every time the mower has been used. Do not use water for this
purpose.
Before maintenance/cleaning, always remove the cord from the lawn mower.
