Warranty

To preserve your warranty, you
mechanic or by a technician from
Babboe. You can request servicing by Babboe via our website. Make sure to
carefully save the servicing report so you can submit these when you need to
prove the validity of your warranty.
Frame number
Should you need a frame number for insurance purposes, the frame number of
your Babboe Curve cargo bike can be found on the underside of the frame near the
Maintenance
Even though the Babboe Curve cargo bike is constructed from high-quality
components, maintenance is always important. Make sure to lubricate moving
parts when necessary and make sure that the cables always move freely (for
instance when it's freezing). The back of this booklet provides a space where you
can record your maintenance data. Make sure to keep receipts for maintenance and
servicing work, so you can submit these when you need to prove the validity of your
warranty.
Maintenance of the wooden cargo box
The wooden cargo box is well suited to the Dutch climate. Nevertheless, we
recommend that you always use a rain cover, rain tent or bike cover. This will
to other causes. Damage to the box's varnish can make the wood vulnerable to
moisture. If the surface of the cargo box becomes damaged (scratches, nicks), treat
these areas with a clear coat of weather-resistant varnish. This will prevent moisture
from seeping into the wood.
