5 Halfway through the defrost process, you will here an alarm reminding
you to turn food over. Press the Pause/Cancel button once. Turn food over,
close the microwave's door and press the Start button again to resume the
defrost process.
Preset programmes
The microwave has 8 default programmes, select the most appropriate one according to
the food type and weight. Press the Cooking button consecutively, the LED display will show
different programmes. Choose between:

A.1 Popcorn
A.2 Popcorn
A.3 Pizza
A.4 Liquids
A.5 Liquids
A.6 Potato
A.7 Potato
A.8 Fish
These data are approximate and depend on many different factors.
Before cooking or heating food, its temperature must be about 20-25 ºC. Higher or lower
temperature of the food before cooking would require increasing or decreasing cooking time.
The temperature, weight, and shape of the food will strongly influence the microwave effect
on the cooking process. Adjust time in order to obtain the best result.
