Mode
The RX+S may be paired with one or more RX+L units and/or an RX+
receiver. The two different operating modes of the RX+S allow the user
to control how the RX+ receiver will react when motion is detected.
The mode is selected by double-tapping the POWER/MODE button,
when the LEDs are already illuminated (see Switching ON / OFF).
The two modes are :

Floodlight mode

(Indicator LEDs will show WHITE)
Paired RX+ Receiver will not react to motion detected by the RX+S
Paired RX+L units will illuminate when motion is detected by the RX+S
IMPORTANT IF YOU ARE USING AN RX+S WITH JUST AN RX+ RECEVIER DO NOT PUT THE RX+S
IN FLOODLIGHT MODE.

Security mode

(Indicator LEDs will show RED)
Paired RX+ receiver will beep and flash appropriate LED red when
motion is detected by the RX+S
Paired RX+L units will illuminate when motion is detected by the RX+S
NOTE : For details of how to pair the RX+S with the RX+L and RX+ receiver,
please see the instruction manuals for those units.
Setting up the RX+S for use
To optimise the performance of the RX+S and reduce unwanted trig-
gers please set the unit up with the following points in mind.
The RX+S is most effective when set up to scan horizontally between
1-1.5m above level ground as shown in Fig.1.
