Please note:
- Thaw frozen foods before grilling.
- When cooking very fatty foods, liquid fat will remain on the grill plate. If necessary, remove
the accumulated grill fat with kitchen paper.
- Never operate the appliance without the grill plate.
- Do not leave empty raclette pans in the hot appliance.
- Do not operate the appliance without food. This could cause overheating.
- Never leave the device unattended during operation.
- Allow the device to cool down completely before storing and/or cleaning it.
Important instructions:
- Keep the appliance clean, as it comes into direct contact with food. See also the "Cleaning
and Care" section.
- Use a heat-resistant pad as a base to avoid possible staining of the table.
- The grill plate and pans have a non-stick coating. To avoid damaging the coating, do not
use sharp-edged utensils (knives, forks, etc.).

Oil and fat can ignite if the temperature is too high. Always turn off and unplug the
appliance after use.
- Ventilate the room well when in use.
To ensure a long appliance life and for hygiene reasons, it is essential to keep the appliance
clean. Therefore, clean the appliance regularly and remove any food residue after each use.
Lack of cleaning can lead to damage or even dangerous situations.
- Before cleaning, turn off the device, let it cool down completely and unplug it.
HAZARD OF ELECTRIC SHOCK:

The device, power cable and power plug must never be immersed in water or other
liquids!
- Do not use a steam cleaner for cleaning.
- Housing: To clean the housing, use a slightly damp, soft cloth with a little dishwashing liquid.
- Grill plate and pans: After cooling, place the grill plate and pans in dishwater to soften any
food residue. Wipe away any residue with a soft cloth or brush.
- Never use sharp-edged or metal-based cleaning utensils to avoid damaging the non-stick
coating.
- Do not use harsh, aggressive, corrosive, alcohol- or petrol-based, or highly flammable
cleaning agents for cleaning, and avoid very hot water.
- After cleaning, allow all parts to dry thoroughly before reassembling and using the device.
