Fault Emission

The below list aims at helping you incorrect the problems that do not belong
to the device fault. If you can't find the problem's reason or solution through
the table, contact your dealer or Retevis service center. Example as follows:
Problem
The transceiver
does not turn
on.
No sound
comes from the
speaker.

The battery is
exhausted.
Loosen the connection

Solution
Charge the battery pack, or
replace the batteries.
Clean the battery terminals.
