Option 1: Using Mobile App

We recommend that you try to use the PCTools when the App setup fails, because the failure may be due to mobile
phone compatibility. The PCTools is much easier to operate and more suitable for both Mac and Windows.

This Tool is a desktop app for device setup. tis also helpful for checking setup failure reasons, the MACaddress,
and offline charts. You can also use it to export offline data stored in the device internal memory.
DEVICE SETUP
Launch the App and log in. On the home page of the App, tap "+" to start adding your device, and
then follow the in-app instructions to complete the setup. You can also view the demonstration
