TROUBLESHOOTING
I. Device setup failure when using the UbiBot App.
Thereareseveralfactors that can affectthe setup process.Thefollowings are common issues:
(j)WiFifrequency:The Devicecan on y connect to 2.4GHznetworks,channels 1 13.
password: Go through the device setup again and ensu re that you have set the correct WiFi password for the
network.
@WiFisecuritytype: TheDevicesupports OPEN,WEP, o r WPA/WPA2 t ypes.
@WiFi channel width: Make sure it is set to 20MHz or "Auto".
@ nternet connection: Makesureyour device'sWiFirouter has a working nternet connection (for instance,try to
access www.ubibot.com using your mobile phone connected to the same WiFi outer).
battery power: WiFi uses a lot of power. Your device may be able to power on but may not have enough
power for the WiFi.Pleasechargethe device.
ØSignaI strength: Makesureyou havea good connection with WiFi,3G/4G.
@PIeasemakesurethe devicehas entered WiFisetup mode.
For direct problem diagnosis,pleaseusethe PCOffline ools to go through the setup processand contact us with
the response e ror code in Tools->Get Device Last Error. This can help us to conduct remote diagnosis.
