13. FAQ and technical support

My joystick isn't functioning properly or
seems to be improperly calibrated.
− Power off your console or computer and disconnect
your joystick; then turn your console or computer
back on, reconnect your joystick and restart your
game.
− When connecting your joystick: always keep the
handle in its central position, do not move or rotate it,
in order to avoid any calibration problems.
− When connecting your rudder to the joystick: always
keep the rudder's axis in its central position and do
not place your feet on the rudder pedals in order to
avoid any calibration problems.
