The device is primarily configured by scanning special barcodes. The default values are marked with a *
symbol.

Charging

This chapter describes how to charge the Rockscan W100 barcode scanner.

Charging the Rockscan W100

To charge the Rockscan W100 scanner, proceed as follows:
1. Connect the cable included in the scope of delivery to the scanner
2. Connect the cable to a suitable power supply unit or computer connection with USB type A socket
(5V/1A is sufficiant)
3. If the connection is successful, the LED lights up red and the battery charges.
When the battery is fully charged, the red LED goes out.

Charging the battery

To charge an optional replacement battery for the Rockscan W100 scanner, proceed as follows:
1. Remove the primary battery from the device.
2. Insert the optional battery into the device.
