GRATING AND CUTTING (accessories depending on the model)

Prior to any cleaning or change of the extensions, make sure the speed regulator (10) is in the OFF position and the
power cord is disconnected from the socket.
1. Put the unit on a stable surface.
2. Mount the work bowl (2) to the body of the unit (1) so that the handle points
backwards. Fasten the work bowl by turning it.
3. Mount the drive shaft (3).
4. Carefully mount the selected grating extension (23, 24, 25) on the drive shaft
(3).
5. Fit the work bowl lid (4) and turn it slightly. The lug on the edge will click
into the hole in the work bowl handle. Make sure the drive shaft axis fits the
handle in the lid.
6. Turn the work bowl lid slightly until it clicks into place. The safety catch will
be pressed.
7. Prepare the food to be grated or sliced.
8. Connect the feed cord to the socket.
9. Switch the motor on and set the required speed.
10. Insert food in the lid opening and use the tamper (6) to push the food in.
Always use the tamper to avoid injury to the fingers.
11. When you have finished grating (cutting), set the speed regulator in the OFF
position and disconnect the power cord from the socket.
12. Open the lid and empty the work bowl.
13. Wash the attachments and let them dry properly.
Do not overfill the work bowl. You should process a maximum of 600 g of
