Please Note!
■
Never slice smaller items of food
without the finger guard. There is a
danger of cuts!
■
Hold the finger guard transversely
to the frame and move it on the
outer edges of the frame. It must
not come into contact with the
blades. Otherwise they or the finger
guard could be damaged.
Accessories required:

Collecting container (7)

Frame for cutting and grating
inserts (2)

As required: Cutting or grating
insert (1, 9 or 10, 11), crinkle cutter
(15) or zester (14)
1. Wash the food, peel and remove
any cores if necessary.
2. If the food is to be washed after be-
ing processed, insert the sieve (12)
into the collecting container.
3. Place the frame on the collecting
container (Picture B).
4. Attach the insert you want to the
frame for cutting and grating inserts
(see the "Assembling Accessories"
chapter) (Picture C).
5. Skewer the food onto the finger
guard.

Larger food items, e.g. cucum-
bers, can initially be chopped
up without the finger guard
until it is of an appropriate size
for this.
6. Hold the collecting container se-
curely with one hand and use your
other hand to move the food back
and forth on the insert (Picture D).
As you do this, gradually push down
the grip of the finger guard.
The chopped food drops into the
collecting container.
7. After chopping, press the grip all
the way down to push out the rest
of the food.
CLEANING AND
STORAGE
Please Note!
■
Do not use any sharp or abrasive
cleaning agents or cleaning pads
to clean the product. These may
damage the surfaces.
Clean all used accessories after each
use to prevent the formation of germs.
•
Take apart the used accessories
and clean them with detergent and
warm water. Although they can be
cleaned in the dishwasher, frequent
cleaning of the blades in the dish-
washer may impair their sharpness.
It is therefore recommended that
they are rinsed by hand.
•
Remove food residues in the
punch (4) with the cleaning
comb (13).
•
Allow all parts to dry completely or
dry them with a tea towel before
storing them away.
•
5 grating or cutting inserts and the
cleaning comb can be stored in the
blade storage container (Picture M).
•
The accessories can be stored in
and on the collecting container (7)
to save space (Picture N).
•
